Notes:
1. Calculation standard:
Chinese into foreign languages: based on the number of Chinese
characters in the original documents;
Foreign languages into Chinese: based on the number of converted
Chinese characters;
2. Fee collection:
60% down payment will be collected upon signing the translation
service contract and the rest shall be collected at delivery
or completion of service;
One-lump payment for documents of fewer than 2000 characters
shall be collected upon signing the translation service contract;
Monthly settlement of accounts shall be adopted for long-term
customers according to cooperative contracts.
3. For express service and/or for review by experts, 25%-50%
additional charge shall be collected.
